Julia was so pleasant and knowledgeable. I had intended to leave and take the shuttle home. She said it would probably only be an hour if I wanted to wait. I felt as though Samantha did not want to look further into my Recall issues for my 2016 Maxima ABS, she was more so Demanding that I was Wrong about the Recall an there is no Such thing, I needed an Oil into my Recall issues for my 2016 Maxima ABS, she was more so Demanding that I was Wrong about the Recall an there is no Such thing, I needed an Oil Change but after that Conversation I Decided not to get it, I did Speak with another Gentleman who helped me further take care of my Vehicle, Thanks, I will be back for Work on my two Nissan Maxima SV an Platinum just hope I'll have a better Customer Service experience then the First, Thanks Mcguire Nissan.
