I am a middle-aged woman who is not very "techie", and his patience in going over all of the technical electronic aspects of the 2016 Ford Fusion I purchased was incredible. He made everything easy to understand, and has made himself very accessible since the purchase. He made me feel confident about my purchase too. I hope he is appreciated by his employers, as he is a great asset to this company. More

Back to Maguire Nissan today and asked sales rep if the would put new tires on and was told the dealership doesn’t want to put any money into the car and that they pass inspection. THIS CAR IS ONE YEAR OLD !! It’s more important that they make a profit on the car rather than make the issue. They said all used vehicles are sold as is.. Well I agree the tire tread passed inspection- but do you really feel good as a dealer knowing the car has a fault that you could’ve easily fixed! xxxx I would’ve been happy with even splitting the cost of tires.. but No - they need their profit with no regard to customer satisfaction with purchase. BEWARE WHEN BUYING ANY USED CAR HERE. Check Google reviews - there are a few bad tire reviews there as well.. More

If your someone who knows nothing about cars do not go here, drive on or find someone else you can actually trust is not trying to heap repairs on you just to make a buck. I loved my service at the sales department and have had two cars purchased through them. I will not be returning for a third as long as Brad and his scam team work there. The five star service came poor service advisor who had to be the in between for this scam artist. I hope she goes someplace she will learn the honest way to do things. More

Ripped off a 20 year old first time car buyer My son worked all summer to buy his first car. He found a 2004 infinity with 40,000. He paid 10,000.00 for it no discounts. , convinced his,dad to Co sign . the salesman bragged about how they look over the car totally and fix anything go wrong with it. Within 3 months it needed 3000.00 worth of work. Long story short they offered him to buy the car back for 5000.00, or fix it for 2000.00. A terrible expensive devestating lesson learned.for a young man. And as,a mother i couldn't help him get any type of reimbursement. If they can rip off a kid what makes anyone think they will be any different. Stay away from this lying , stealing, deceiving rip off of a dealership. They do not have morals , even the owner wouldn't help my child who worked so hard for his first car. I cannot say one thing good, isn't it convenient That that particular salesman got transferred and the word was that they should of never put that infinity on the lot. Soo. sad... . More
