I signed in at 9:15 and needed car by 1:00. He wrote that on work order but nobody saw it. Then I asked for a shuttle to pick me up to take me to other job since my car wasn't ready. Purchased a 2020 Kia Sportage lx having not purchasing a car in over 15 years I was rusty with negotiating so some of blame is on me not doing my part of the deal with the rep. I just went along with what the rep said until I returned home spoke to a friend of mine and gave me some advice.Things didn't really happen until I sent a text message that I might back out of the deal, suddenly the interest rate came down, and other things were added so again you really have to be able to go back & forth with the dealer to get what you want. I think they still could have thrown a few more things in like car mats. I know it's a business and they are going to try & make as much money as possible which includes the customer. More
