There was no pressure sales or being shown cars or items we didn't need or couldn't afford. Unfortunately we had a family medical emergency come up and had to postpone looking for a few weeks. We let Julia know right away. She said she'd keep us in her thoughts and for Us to contact her when We were ready to resume. By the time we returned she didn't have inventory to fulfill our needs. Their cars move fast, as their inventory is very good, and the 3rd dealership did have something for us we couldn't pass up. She completely understood. All the staff are great but two are the best. The sales manager Rob and Dave the salesman. They both put up me and did every thing possible to get me into a newer truck . If you are already doing a comprehensive inspection of my vehicle (that you are charging 129) presumably you will know that my car will fail state inspection (because of a headlight no less). To then go thro vehicle (that you are charging 129) presumably you will know that my car will fail state inspection (because of a headlight no less). To then go through the motions of the state inspection just to fail me and charge me an additional 20 bucks seems disappointing. You are already making money (from my Nissan inspection-129 and the repair work) and you full well knew beforehand (even at the outset when I ask for the state inspection) that id fail. The courteous thing would be to just say “hey it will fail for this obvious reason, that we have already charged once for our internal review, so no point going through the motions again. This is the common courtesy I have come to expect from upstanding small business. This is also the reason why I won’t be coming back to this dealership, will be leaving a poor review online and will let anyone I know to avoid your business. I spent a couple of hundred bucks in repairs, I hope that 20 or so bucks in my failed state inspection was worth it. It’s not the money, but the principal at stake. More

I have had many different Nissan vehicles in my life and this was hands down the BEST experience I’ve ever had changing vehicles and getting into a new lease! Quick,, kind, knowledgeable and compassionate s this was hands down the BEST experience I’ve ever had changing vehicles and getting into a new lease!
