I went to return a lease and ended up leasing a Rogue. The sales consultant was EXTREMELY helpful with my decision. Working with Calvon actually made me not want to work with another sales rep. Never once didn't answer a call or answer any of my questions. Extremely patient and easy to work with. My only criticism is that when I showed up at 4:50 pm, there was no service woolens around. There was another customer that had indicated she had already notified someone inside. Only concern is because my car is “old” It felt like “this is what you get” kinda thing. It may be old, but the car is still new to me. The sales rep however was good, patient and very understanding. I felt as if the focus wasn’t so much of “selling” the car from her end. The manager did come out and greet and congratulated me. At first it was push back and appeared as if I was “annoying”. When in reality, I just wanted to make sure my “new car” was good. I understand the car is old, but to me it was new. And I just expected “annoying”. When in reality, I just wanted to make sure my “new car” was good. I understand the car is old, but to me it was new. And I just expected the service to be a bit more understanding regarding my needs/concerns. I complained that my wipers were messed up and needed to be replaced however, it was noted that it was working. When indeed it was working but the wipes were bad. Overall, I got my original concern fixed and they were helpful in making sure before I left that was taken care of. And the timing was quick!!! So I do appreciate that. Other than that it was okay. The shuttle driver was amazing and accommodating. More
