AK provided the worst new car delivery that I ever had and I've had many as cars are my hobby. Basically, he told me that the Sync 3 computer was simple (it isn't) and sent me on my way without pointing and I've had many as cars are my hobby. I'm on day three finding things as I need them or discover them; YouTube has been helpful. I called to ask Maguire ford if I could leave my van with them for an oil change and inspection when I went on vacation and I would pick it up on the way back. The service department said that would be fine so I gave them my 2022 transit in perfect condition and when I came to pick it up a week later it has major damage. The service manager and GM said they are not liable and I left it in their care at my own risk. They told me to claim it on my insurance and the best they could do is pay my deductible. Unacceptable! My insurance is going to go up, I am losing wages while it’s being repaired and no one ever said anything to me about me leaving it at my own risk! I thought I could trust Maguire ford with my company truck but they have shown their true colors. They are not concerned with retaining customers only with making a profit! I have been doing business with Sheppard ford for the last 5 years with no issues and Maguire recently purchased the Sheppard dealership. I will no longer be doing any business with Maguire. More
