I dropped off my 2022 Ford F-150 Lightning on June 3, 2023 for multiple issues, including non-functioning AC, Non opening passenger window, air dam errors (after multiple repair trips), and non-opening f 2023 for multiple issues, including non-functioning AC, Non opening passenger window, air dam errors (after multiple repair trips), and non-opening front trunk area. As of the writing today, September 7th 2023, it is still in for repairs. 14-weeks, for a vehicle that is under warranty, and no definitive plan for repairs, little to no feedback. The entire vehicle has been dismantled and reassembled several times, many parts replaced, yet still not repaired. We did request a buyback, and or a replacement vehicle and were denied. Started the Lemon process, because at this point, I've lost confidence in the vehicle and the dealerships ability to repair the truck to OEM quality. 14-weeks of repair! Can you imagine what this would cost if I were out of warranty? The staff at Maguire has been friendly, but very absent in any regular feedback on repair status. I do have a loaner, so I'm not without wheels, but this is a less than ideal situation. The dealership could do much, much better, and the manufacturer (Ford) has really let me down. This is my first experience with Maguire Ford of Canandaigua. Our first Electric Vehicle. More
