I was disappointed with how little I was communicated with whenever there was an update. I had to call to get information and felt like I was nagging when I just wanted to be on the same page. This would happen even when I was promised a pickup date. It’s unfortunate that there’s no payment programs or agreements. Lastly and most importantly to me not all the work was completed cosmetically and I was told to do it myself. I am highly attuned to every mark on my car so when I saw paint chips on the hood I asked why. I was told because it was the original hood and not replaced in the accident that they did a color blend and “whatever chips were there before the accident wouldn’t get fixed”. I know without a doubt there were no paint chips on the hood before the accident. It was also clear because it was only near the location on the car that the accident occurred. I now have to pay to get it fixed outside of my insurance agreement. There’s also a loud bang in the wheel well whenever I go over curb entrances so I’ll have to get that checked. More
