Nearly five months after I originally reported a problem, and several days after the service department had had my car in but hadn't fixed the issue, Eric realized that one of the parts he had ordered for me and several days after the service department had had my car in but hadn't fixed the issue, Eric realized that one of the parts he had ordered for me hadn't been replaced. He got me in quickly and got it replaced. I think the issue is now fixed. Among my concerns are that it took months to deal with this, and, other than Eric, I have no idea who the people I dealt with might have been. As I've mentioned before, it feels very unwelcoming to arrive and be faced with a wall of nameless people at a service counter, with no idea of who I'm supposed to talk to. The people who did deal with me on that visit earlier this summer never identified themselves. Fixing this one issue would be a great step forward. More

Practicing my First Amendment to share the truth about Toyota Maguire Dealer: Thieves--stole my provided engine oil and filter. I checked and double verified it with an unbiased mechanic. Bob the Toyota Maguire Dealer: Thieves--stole my provided engine oil and filter. I checked and double verified it with an unbiased mechanic. Bob the service manager lied about of theft of my parts. Today Bob Sullivan and Bill Hamelin was present and eye witnessed the fact that they steal my parts. Bill Hamelin threatened and intimidated me, while I was at his office. He called a F word on my face with thief, which I correctly coined it based on them stealing a customers oil and filter. He lied about a door handle and he even couldn’t get his lies organized. He didn’t show any physical evidence that suffice the fact that they used my oil. I asked them to provide me with a video footage of them used my oil. They lied the fact that they don’t have any, which is a straight up lies. Also, I addressed him about upcharging parts like 4 times the cost, as a matter of inflating and manipulating the price. Just to let every other customer to know that you can bring a complaint with the Toyota w.r.t not having them franchise their name and logo with Maguire, as they run a deceitful business to scam their customer out with Toyota’s brand name. Also, I want other customers to know that Bill Hamelin is a snobbish and snarky person, who was making condescending and aggressive tones to make me feel uncomfortable and threatened. If you feel like that way, always you can sue them at the Court. There are good litigators in Syracuse, NY who will sue these scam artists—who scams their customer. Any customer if you are taken advantage off, you can file a consumer fraud complaint against the business. It’s an unethical and immoral for them to exploit and abuse customers. More
