On May 22, 2013 I leased a new Honda Civic at Madison Honda. This was our family's sixth Honda lease through this dealership since 2010, and as usual, our experience was a terrific one. We always deal with the same salesman, Jacob Feldon, who is a pleasure to work with. He is extremely personable, and his professionalism and knowledge about the Honda line are evident throughout the entire leasing process. He establishes a great rapport with his customers and certainly takes the stress out of car shopping. My family and I will definitely use Madison Honda (and Jacob Feldon) in the future, and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is considering a car lease or purchase. (Don't tell our youngest daughter who just got her license!!!) More

When Mark Stocke took me for a test drive he was very knowledgable about each car we test drove and truly professional. He treated me with respect. I walked in there.. a single woman looking to buy a car. Mark was so unlike every other salesmen I had encountered prior to visiting Madison Honda. I would definitely recommend him. He was so helpful and tolerant of me. I hate buying a car because of past experiences with other dealerships . He did not rush me. He spent an entire Saturday working with me on the deal. Great guy! I was already in flight or fight mode. I had a panic attack. He assured me that he would fight to get me the best financing through Honda and he did! Al was also tolerant of me. Like I previously stated, I have had many bad experiences in the past. He was so compassionate. He is a consumer advocate. Financing a car is the most unpleasant part of a new car purchase. I did even though I had already visited Madison Honda. While I was shopping at other dealerships, I remembered my first new car purchase when I was in my twenties. When I was returning to Madison Honda Brian called me and remembered that he sold me my first car. I was so excited. He came down onto the sales floor and helped me through the process . My salesman, Jacob, was friendly and courteous. He welcomed me as I walked through the showroom and interacted with me in a non-threatening manner. He was punctual, returned phone calls, and emails. I walked in without appointment to have a look at used cars, so I was introduced to Diana. I found her genuine and very friendly. As I just walked in without any plans so i was there for Almost 3-4 hour cars, so I was introduced to Diana. I found her genuine and very friendly. My dealer rep was Mark Stocke. I found Mark to be very easy to work with on both the easy and hard questions, he sought out others to confirm details. He was very thorough on the test drive, explaining the car features and also demonstrated the car features. He was very reassuring and very receptive when I returned the same day I bought the car when additional attention was needed on my new Honda FIT. Mark has a very easy going nature, is very confident to make suggestions and try to find what you are looking for in a car and flexible with you as you work with him to find what you are looking for in a new car. He has a good respect for ones time throughout the research and buying process and it is obvious in dealing with Mark that he wants to make certain you are happy with your decision to purchase the car you want.
