Kamal Bawa Sales representative Kamal Bawa was our sales representative. We purchased a pre-owned 2014 CRV. We had some trouble making a decision as we were attracted to the Pilot wh Kamal Bawa was our sales representative. We purchased a pre-owned 2014 CRV. We had some trouble making a decision as we were attracted to the Pilot which has a V-6 engine. Once my wife and I discussed the options we decided to test drive the CRV. Kamal was so patient and explained all the options and let us weigh our decisions financially. When he drove the beautiful Burgundy car around we were delighted! We could not stop smiling. Honda's are great cars and they hold their value. It's my wife's 3rd one. Kamal walked us through all the details and made sure we were satisfied . He is more than an exceptional sales associate.Not many people go above and beyond the way he did answering our NUMEROUS questions and test driving 2 cars!!. Came to inquire, left with a car I was in the market for a new car and had done extensive research, narrowing it down to a couple of specific makes and models. A friend of mine recomm I was in the market for a new car and had done extensive research, narrowing it down to a couple of specific makes and models. A friend of mine recommended I see her good friend and colleague Mo Razavi at Madison Honda. I had previously visited other dealerships, including Honda, with questions about pricing and possible equipment load-outs and left each one without a purchase as we could never seem to make the car and numbers I wanted work. Because of this, I was skeptical walking into Madison Honda, but was pleasantly surprised to have that skepticism proven unwarranted. Mo was friendly and personable right out of the gate. He listened to what I was looking for and the budget I was trying to stay in. He never tried to push anything I didn't need, or sell me something I didn't want. He showed me the different pricing options made suggestions on the best possible options for my specific needs. After a little back and forth on different pricing options, Mo sat me down with General Sales Manager, Phillip Ferreira to discuss pricing instead of the normal "playing messenger for the mysterious powers that be" I've seen at most dealerships. The three of us were able to work out a great deal on a great car. The entire interaction felt more like a down-to-earth guy trying help me get a deal on a car instead of salesman trying to get me to buy a car. I walked into that dealership with the intention of inquiring about pricing and potentially returning at a later date to purchase. However, between Mo's outstanding customer service, relatable personality, and forward thinking, I walked out of that dealership with a 2016 Honda Accord EX-L V6 fit to my specifications. In the end, I ended up leaving with a better car than I originally thought was in my price range, at a better price than I originally expected to pay. More
