The best automotive experience of my life. This is my fourth car in a row from Madison Honda, and I am now a permanently devoted customer. I have this AMAZING sales person, Mr. Kamal Bawa, who has found me four wonderful vehicles and has been about the greatest sales person I've had, bar none. He has gone out of his way to insure I am taken care of, even to insure that after I was physically injured in 2013, personally delivering the vehicle to my home, and picking up a return when going from old lease to new lease. he found ways to save me money and to get me the right vehicle, I had literally curb service to my home, of course I was at the time laid up, but he bent over backwards for me at a really tough time period. Thank God for Kamal! He is a miracle worker! The dealership he works for is incredible, between David, the Sales Manager and Jose the Finance Manager, these are people you can really trust, they are in their own way, Kamal's equal in their own areas of responsibility. David is in charge and Jose has finances completely under control for you so between them, once Kamal finds the car I want and arranges it all, they come through with flying colors every single time. No hitches, no problems and quick resolution to any outstanding issues. I had a TERRIBLE experience at Joyce Honda where the salesman and his manager where very aggressive, rude and at times I felt very disrespected. They talks towards my Boyfriend instead of addressing me, even though I told them I was the one buying the car. Due to this I left with no desire to go back to Joyce Honda. Luckily Kamal was very polite and helpful through out my car buying process. I would recommend any friend looking for a new or pre-owned car to go to this dealership. I say this because of the no-pressure experience I had with my sales representative, Brian Teixeira. He was knowledgeable as well as patient. I test drove the car on 3 different occasions. I will also give a shout out to Maureen Walters, business manager - very friendly and answered all my questions. By the way, I have had experience with other car dealers but Madison Honda is the one I prefer for just these reasons. Do I have anything negative to say? New 2016 Accord Purchase I just bought a new Accord from Madison Honda. I had shopped around at other dealerships and stopped in because it was local. My salesman Paul Fuchs I just bought a new Accord from Madison Honda. I had shopped around at other dealerships and stopped in because it was local. My salesman Paul Fuchs was informative, friendly, professional and most importantly NOT pushy. I had a price from another dealership and Paul was able to beat it. I only had to wait a few days until the car was available (4 to be exact). I can't speak for anyone else, but my experience with Paul and the other sales staff at Madison Honda was pleasant and I feel like I got a good deal. My advice is to look around, visit some dealerships and checkout Paul Fuchs and the other people at Madison Honda before you decide to buy. I'm glad that I did. More
