In my case, as that was the 1st car I ever financed in the US, they offered me a 3x higher rate than the offers I got from other banks (two five-minute calls) So far, the car is OK (it is a pre-owned) and I hope it lasts for another 10 years... It had been 10 years since I had bought a car, so I was unaware of the significant costs for different packages dealing with extended warranties. I would like to suggest that the business office when explaining these spend a little more time explaining how much the packages will costs and the impact on your monthly payment. More
