Misleading terms and bad surprise at car pickup! I was buying a new car and decided for a Honda. I showed all documents and gave all information I was requested. After several hours waiting, they off I was buying a new car and decided for a Honda. I showed all documents and gave all information I was requested. After several hours waiting, they offered the purchase terms. I accepted, paid $2,500 as deposit and was requested to return the next day to pick up the car and pay another $15,500 in check ($8,000 would be financed). Besides the deposit I also paid the insurance. Everything by the book. The sales person (Brian Teixeira) called me to go there pick up the car. I drove there. He showed all features of the new car and lead me to the office to finish the paperwork. After literally 1,5h of small talk I got tired and asked what was going on. He said the bank was still checking the infos but could not tell how long it would take. I went back home. After 4h he called me and told the terms had changed. Instead of 4% the interest raised to 16%! Now I just hope they give my $2,500 back. More

Pleasant experience Walked in and Lenny D. greeted my daughter and I with a smile( a genuine one). My daughter was returning a lease and Lenny patiently gave her all her Walked in and Lenny D. greeted my daughter and I with a smile( a genuine one). My daughter was returning a lease and Lenny patiently gave her all her options on keeping the car or releasing a new one. He didn't try to push her or convince her to do one or the other. He worked with her going back and forth to the accounts department until getting her to a place where she was comfortable leasing a new car. The car was ready within 30 minutes.. With a lovely tote filled with goodies and a beautiful new car, we left feeling like we made a new friend More

We went to Madison Honda and dealt with the salesman Sergio Bordenabe. He was extremely attentive to our needs and worked with us to find two cars that met our needs. We were very pleased with his attitude and his ability to listen to, and respond accurately to, our requests. We were so pleased we actually leased 2 cars through him and we are extremely happy with our transactions. Very prompt in delivering our vehicles and they are exactly what we wanted. Sergio has also followed-up after we received our vehicles to make sure tat we are please and that all is well. We will definitely do business with Sergio and Madison Honda in the future and will recommend this dealership to others. More

But, even over a year later when I visited Madison for service I asked my salesperson - Joseph Tyson, to help me re program/ figure out issues with my blue tooth and cell phone. He stopped what he was doing to come to my car and patiently went through the steps to diagnose and try to fix the problem. Furthermore, he went back to his desk and looked up my phone and texted me the information about my phone that I needed! Additionally, when I asked him about buying my leased car, he answered my questions and then referred me to the business manager.
