Purchased new vehicle from this dealership in April 2012, went to service department on May 19, 2012 to have seat covers placed in the rear of the vehicle. Upon leaving that evening noticed a large greasy s went to service department on May 19, 2012 to have seat covers placed in the rear of the vehicle. Upon leaving that evening noticed a large greasy scuff mark on the interior driver side floor panel. Attempted to remove with two types of cleaners, did not work. Left message for service manager Brian Parente, my call was returned on my voice mail and he claimed that maybe the customer did it, and that no one ever entered the driver side of the vehicle. This is odd, because the car was moved when I picked it up, unless, they have some magical remote control system to move cars without a driver? Instead of leaving an arrogant cocky message, acknowledge the mistake and attempt to rectify it. Needless to say, I will promptly delete any service related phone messages or mailings that I've received from this dealership. One other note, above individual, left in the message to stop by the detail area Mon to Fri from 7am to 5pm to have it looked at. Huh? Should I take a day off of work for your mistake? More

HE WAS VERY CARING AND HE LISTEN TO WHAT MY NEEDS WHERE, I WAS SO HAPPY WITH THAT ALONE. AFTER WE LEFT WITH THE CAR HE HAS ALWAYS CALLED LATER JUST TO MAKE SURE WE WAS HAPPY WITH WHAT WE BOUGHT. JOSEPH IS THE BEST SALES REP THAT I HAVE EVER BOUGHT A CAR FROM. I HAVE OWNED A KIA, PLYMOUTH, DODGE,JEEP AND A GMC AND NOT ONE OF THOSE REP WOULD I GO BACK TO FOR ANYTHING.
