All of the folks we encountered were friendly and welcoming. The vehicle's purchase price and financing arrangements were the best we could have asked for. The GM, David Lee, runs a first class establishment. We would recommend use of this dealership to our friends without hesitation. The unfortunate negative (less than excellent) factor of our purchase experience was, although the setting of the waiting area is clean, comfortable, bright and visible, NO ONE wants to wait in it for 4 (FOUR!) hours to sign papers. The financing procedure is obviously well-honed and a necessary part of the whole endeavor of purchasing a new car; the gentleman that guided us through this process was well versed and speedy (Romeo Seville). Unfortunately for him and for us, he was the only person scheduled on for the Finance Department...on a Friday, at the end of a month, when a huge promotion for a great rate from Honda has just been announced. This should be addressed, if not with additional personnel being scheduled to work, then with some consideration for a complimentary or discounted meal at the local eateries within walking distance on the next block, and an appointment to come back in a few hours. To summarize, this was a very positive experience overall, with Madison Honda being a dealership of high standards. With just a little tweak to the regrettable waiting time ordeal, Madison Honda could be the absolute best!! More

I had a great experience at Madison Honda, due to Matt Francisco's helpfulness and kind demeanor. He was polite and courteous through the entire car buying experience, even coming in on his day off to as Francisco's helpfulness and kind demeanor. The manager did not say hello or introduce himself to me, which I found to be a bit rude, considering he works in a "consumercentric" environment. Manuel knew so much about the features of this car, we were very impressed with his knowledge. We also spoke to one of the Financial Managers, Flava (hope that I spelled her name correctly), and she also was EXCELLENT in answering ALL of our questions in relation to the finances in putting together this lease. We thank Manuel Paez and Flava for making our experience at Madison Honda such a PLEASANT and POSITIVE EFFECT upon my wife and myself.
