Abdul Seedat - Business Manager - He holds PHD in Finance and teaches at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania...Ivy League...do I need to say anything more? It was a pleasure to lease our Honda Pilot with Joe Tyson. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and a good listener (so he understood what we were looking for and our price requirements). We came to an agreement quickly, and without a bunch of needness stressful bargaining. The only problem was that the dealership was quite busy that day, and we had to wait more than 2 hours for our car to be prepped. I don't think this was Joe's fault - in fact he offered to loan us a car while we waited, explaining that it might be a while. Additionally, Joe and another salesman helped out in the service garage to expedite the process. We are enjoying our new car, and would be happy to recommend Madison Honda and Joe to our friends. He even ensured that my friend received the referral prize. I had received a quote online and Lauren Swingle was very friendly with me in explaining further regarding the quote. The quote was competitive compared to other dealerships when I had been speculating prices at our nearby Honda dealerships. Another important consideration for me was that if I am spending such large sum of money on a product, I also expect to receive quality service along with it. My previous experience with other dealerships (not just Honda) was not as great as compared to Madison Honda. I will definitely recommend Madison Honda to my family and friends.
