My sales consultant was very professional, courteous and efficient. When we pulled up he was outside waiting on us. He ensured that he understood our needs and worked towards fulfilling them. When that did not materialize, he took me downstairs because I was whining by then and showed me all the different colors so that I can select the one that I liked the best. While Paul was busy running around getting things finalized, I was eating oreo's and sun chips compliments of Madison Honda. When I picked up my car tonight, he patiently went over all the features, functions and buttons and even activated my phone on the new phone feature. He then taught me how to use it. The process of buying a car is flawed by the haggling that goes on everywhere (except Saturn, which is out of business, and Scion, who doesn't make a vehicle suited to my needs), and is often made uncomfortable by pressure exerted by the salesperson's manager. This was simply not the case at Madison Honda where Jacob treated me with respect and a very high level of courtesy. Everyone, from the telephone receptionist to the Business Manager who handled the pre-delivery paperwork, to Jacob was professional and polite. I am looking forward to a long relationship with this dealership and heartily recommend anyone in the market for a Honda contact Jacob. More
