Service has dropped in customer value and consideration. I drove 30mins to scheduled appointment to learn they could not help me after two visits. Never going to them again for service. Also, customer came in complaining about previous visit and the young Hispanic male called the Hispanic female in the cashier window and told her that customer is an idiot in Spanish. They have to be careful about talking about people in a foreign language and assume no one in the lobby understands what they are saying. Very unprofessional and a terminating offense in my corporation. What is Mac Haik going to do about it??? More
