I waited to write a review to see if I felt the same way as the day I experienced the unprofessionalism from JR. Even after communication with Mr Main, JR continued to be dismissive and arrogant. One example, he called me 24 hours after I returned my loaner vehicle to question where the vehicle was. I also requested an oil change, due to the length of time my vehicle was in service, that was not done. It's sad that the dealership I bought my vehicle is able to treat there customers in this way. I will not return to Georgetown Ford, specifically never to interact with employees like JR. More
