I brought my vehicle into the Quick Lane for an oil change and tire rotation. I didn't have an appointment because I was told it would be almost 2 weeks out before I could get an appointment so I went change and tire rotation. I didn't have an appointment because I was told it would be almost 2 weeks out before I could get an appointment so I went in last week on a walk-in basis. It took a total of 4 hours from the time they took my keys to the time they were done. I waited in the lobby the whole time. Also, they didn't apply the new oil change sticker on my windshield nor did they reset the oil life filter indicator so it still showed 20% when I got home. They really need separate lanes for those customers wanting an oil change and those getting other services done. I don't like how they can't schedule appointments yet are able to take walkin customers. It wastes a lot of my time. Overall, bad experience and previous visits were similar to this one. More
This was my first service experience at this dealership and it was exceptional. Shay Piel kept up to date with status of the work and any additional costs. Decent service. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They did just that. They asked if I wanted my air filters changed, but I declined knowing it would cos I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They did just that. They asked if I wanted my air filters changed, but I declined knowing it would cost me an arm and a leg with the dealership doing it. I can do that myself for whatever the cost is for the two filters (~$40?) Smudge marks were left on my dash from technician placing their hand there while getting at my cabin air filter No car wash. It was going to take an hour and a half. Bummer. More
I went in last week for a check engine problem on my car. Chad had helped a week prior for an oil change and immediately came up to me to offer service. I had a transmission appointment set up with him for two day later but he went ahead and did transmission work that day. He called me throughout the day explaining what his team was seeing and why it was happening and how to move forward. He was extremely patient with my family as my parents sometimes struggle to understand English. He was extremely proactive with the whole process, finding new ways to help us out more and always making sure to check in with us. For example, my clutch needed to be replaced and at first I thought I had to go back to covert Ford to get it fixed since that’s where I got it fixed the first time however he explained to me that if I sent in the receipt that I got it done at a Ford; mac haik would be able to fix it for me, relieving the stress of having to go covert Ford. He explained the process and although it took a week, i didn’t mind. Before when I went to covert, it took them at least a month. I voiced my concerns about the replacement since we’ve gotten it replaced so many times now, and Chad explained it to me with patience and sympathy. He spent multiple hours a day trying to figure out the warranty on the clutch; contacting covert Ford for me so I didn’t have to worry about doing that. He even took time out of his lunch break to give me call about the status of my car. I’ve always had great experiences at Mac haik Ford, however this time it was even better. I could tell Chad really cares about his customers and goes out of his way to provide above and beyond customer service. This man deserves a raise or a nice lunch at the very least, he’s worked harder than anyone I’ve seen at quick lane or any car center and that’s such a rare thing to see nowadays. More
They did not look over the vehicle before delivery and somehow put 28 miles on a special order truck.
