I called these dealership and told the service manager my experience he was so mean to even talk to me or assist me due to the fact l did not purchase from his dealership. Showed every possible way not to work out things with me or help me out . It's sad to me buying these nice car less than a month l am dealing with these issue. For me if he can't care for everyone buying a Ford Car from the dealership, as a whole his not protecting the company image and should not be there. More
