The wait time was horrendous, there were multiple other customer complaints while I was wait for my vehicle. Can’t do anything about my faulty back up camera screen for Months. I have been particularly happy with the customer service I have received when confronted with issues which are not of a routine nature and generally expensive to fix. On these occasions I have worked with Service Advisor Chaime Breaux, who is really terrific and a real asset to MH! He is very easy to work with, very professional, does a great job of keeping me informed of the current status of my vehicle, and genuinely seems to care about making sure I am satisfied with the final outcome. All of these really make a huge difference and go a long way toward my continued confidence in the dealership. More
