My service advisor was great about keeping me in the loop on servicing my 2013 Ford Escape SE. They had the car for ten days and were able to solve my check engine light after replacing fuel injectors and a on servicing my 2013 Ford Escape SE. They had the car for ten days and were able to solve my check engine light after replacing fuel injectors and a fuel pressure sensor, however, now my car idles hard which it did not do before and the engine has lurched a couple times which it never did. The last words my service advisor said were "your car should run better than it has now" - wish that was the case. After spending over $3200 for the check engine fix, there is no money in my retired-person budget to get it back it for the new problems. At least I now passed inspection so I could get my registration renewed but now I have new problems that are a concern. If the hard idle hadn't been there right after picking my car up, I would have rated them higher. More
