First, the good. Chad in Quick Service busted his tail to help me out and delivered his service within a few hours. He never seems to be in the office and was unable after having my truck for 5 days to get warranty authorization from Ford for a $20 5th wheel ring that broke off. 2 weeks later and he has still not provided an update. James Main (F) is supposedly the Service Director who I was told to speak with on day 1, but I saw him and he said he was going to lunch and could not talk to me. I left him a voicemail when I got home and no return calls to date. Don’t use this dealer! More
