We were getting our last oil change before the service plan expired and we found it was having a nasty noise at cold start up. They diagnosed and fixed it and then during the test drive afterwards, heard some grinding from the front right wheel bearings and kept it an extra few days to get that fixed as well. Again, Chad was extremely helpful and "real" with me. Refreshing. More
