Great service and professionalism. Service advisor, Shawn Grant, (the best service advisor ever!!) found every possible way to help me any way he could and kept me in the loop the who Service advisor, Shawn Grant, (the best service advisor ever!!) found every possible way to help me any way he could and kept me in the loop the whole time my vehicle was there. He took care of all the issues that the vehicle was being seen for except for one that they could not get to occur while vehiclewas at the facility. They did run all test available but could not find an issue so hopefully it was just a one time fault. Will definitely use them again for future service and mechanical repair work. For a simple software recall on my 2022 explorer I was told that this could not be done until January of 2025. I can’t believe that it was so booked up that it would take this long.
