Warranty work. .. So not sure if that is why I never got an update on my Gas cover. Finally just went to pick up the truck while having it serviced for the transmiss .. No hard feelings towards my service rep but still would've expected a response. I will say he responded in a timely manner. Also, he told me my transmission was being replaced but from the paperwork it looks like it was rebuilt but maybe that is just my confusion. More

Great service! Just bought a 2025 Lincoln Nautilus from Nicole Stewart. Initially told her where the vehicle was located on a Monday. She had the Nautilus here and ready for delivery on the next Wednesday. Took it back the following Monday for window tinting. Being a veteran, she also arranged for me to get a free 50” TV. Also have a 2023 Maverick Lariat that has had several recalls issued. Cowboy even called me on the last one and scheduled a fix at my home as they have with all the other recalls. Can’t beat that with a stick!!! More

I was very nervous bringing my truck to a dealership, but they took my truck in on short notice, kept it a few days, and fixed it!
