Bad service adviser great Quick Lane guys your service adviser in the service department suck. He was talking about how dumb a customer was when he hung up the phone to another employee while your service adviser in the service department suck. He looked at the recall in had on my 2019 F250 an stayed to me that he did not have time for the recall on my 2019 F250 it would be May before he could work on my truck. I went to the Quick Lane side to get my oil change and they look at the recall on my truck and stated that they could have it out in 2 hours in which they did. The Quick Lane guy was very helpful to me those guys was great thank them for me. More

Oil change takes 20 minutes but it took two hours to get my truck done. when It was done, it was sitting out there when I walked outside I saw My truck. Took almost 1.5 weeks to find issue and fix vehicle. Had to call to get updates. Understood that our service manager had to be out, but someone else in service could have kept the repair and communication to call to get updates. Asked for information about cause of damage but never received anything other than general diagnosis results. We found it odd that a transmission wire failed on a 3 year old vehicle and it wasn't covered under warranty, Even more alarming was that that wire controlled the vehicles transmission, and left us stranded and unable to restart the car. This is a serious safety concern as well, imagine if it had happened while crossing a major interstate or highway. Our concerns are not alleviated by overlaying a wire, that should have been bad, that apparently showed no signs of damage, and no discernible cause was identified by Fords own service center. So we paid $560 for a wire to be added and no one could tell us where it was added, how long it was, or why it needed to be added. Mileage was not tracked (begin and end same on invoice) between drop off and pick up, so we don't know if the car was driven, how far, or if it just sat still. This is something we usually do, bit the having to tow the vehicle this time, it was overlooked by us and evidently the service department too. Was not impressed with service, or operator. When calling dealership courtesy was limited to "how can i direct your call" then immediate transferred with no other notice. At least twice we were hung up on. Only positive note was that a separate item on the vehicle was also repaired at no charge since it was previously repaired under warranty and had broke in the same place again. More
