This was my first service visit to Mac Haik and it was a good one! They were all so polite and helpful. First time service I took my 2020 Ford Explorer in on 2/29 to get a first time service (oil change). I dropped it off and within an hour of drop off I received a call le I took my 2020 Ford Explorer in on 2/29 to get a first time service (oil change). I dropped it off and within an hour of drop off I received a call letting me know Quick Lane didn't have to part needed to change the oil (filter). I thought that odd. They were able to tell me when it would be in stock when I returned to pick it up...This week I took it in with no issue. The service guy, Shay, told me it didn't sound right when I told him they didn't have the part, but I just told him that's what I was told and shrugged my shoulders. Shay was nice enough to honor my Ford Rewards Pass. I had no problems with my service. More
