Mac Haik Ford Lincoln - Service Center

Had routine 20,000 mile service. Wait time was reasonable. Would like to have had the Sync3 map updated, but was told it was expensive and time consuming and was advised I would be better off to d reasonable. Was able to order the thumbdrive with the map update from Ford. Have not yet received it, but will see how it goes when I get the thumb drive. More
