Very service oriented. We had a long standing issue, a part required and a safety recall to be completed. All problems were addressed with just a bit of follow up needed. He did not make me feel welcome or comfortable, he did not give me his name and never used my name. After I waited, he came over and said they had changed the oil in my car. I informed him that he did not answer my questions, I finally got an answer from him. He reviewed the Multi-Point Inspection Report, it was obvious he did not want to do it. Has he was walking off, he turn to me and said, “you will receive a survey from Lincoln, can I count on you for 5 stars, anything other than 5 stars I will fail”. Jason provided lousy customer service, but he wants 5 stars, this tells me that he needs to be trained on what 5 Star Service is. More

I cannot stand this quick service garbage. It was so much easier when you could make appointments. Now I need a ride unless I wanna spend hours waiting. You get harassed when you bring your car in to trade it in by emails and phone calls even when you say you’re not interested in trading it in. Service department is usually great but I had an early appt to have a recall item addressed. 3 hours into the appt, no part for the recall I was there to address.
