I was really pleased with my service visit. Mark was great, easy to talk to, and sent me a text a few days later as he said he would to ensure the issue was resolved. I've purchased 2 new trucks here, F250 and F150 (~100k). Sales process wasnt bad either time, but the their service department is why I wont be buying a 3rd vehicle here. I'd rather make the 45min drive to Lampasas or switch to Chevy. I have a issue right now of a defective component of truck that should of been covered under warranty. I spoke to the service manager twice and saw him in person. I then sent him 3 emails (his request) including 2 videos of the issue showing normal operation and what my truck is doing. He was supposed to fwd that info to a engineer that would call me back. That was over 2 weeks ago and not only did I not get the call, I also didnt get a reply to any of the 3 emails. Fords way of dodging a sub $200 repair! Also didnt like the fact that I was quoted a parts/labor price for something "supposedly" covered under a bumper to bumper warranty. That should never happen under any circumstance. More
