In 2013, we purchased a new F150 from Mac Haik. At that time we met Jason Norman, service advisor. He is the biggest reason that we continue to drive to Georgetown to have our truck serviced. I have a new Ford Explorer and needed my first oil change and also needed a piece of trim under the dash connected -- it was missing bolts and was only noticed several months after purchase. I phoned Shay to and also needed a piece of trim under the dash connected -- it was missing bolts and was only noticed several months after purchase. I phoned Shay to ask about the Fast Lane process and he was very polite and gave me great advice. When I came to Mac Haik a few days later, he remembered me, got my car in line for service and said he would do his best to get the trim connected. I was able to leave my car and returned when he phoned me. The oil change and small repair were done and I was on my way in a few minutes. Shay is very professional, works hard, and I will be back for my regular service and anything else that happens along the way. Great service. More
I have bought a used truck and a new car from this dealership. Service and Sales have been great each time. Brought my car in because the SYNC system was not working properly, and I thought it need dealership. Service and Sales have been great each time. Brought my car in because the SYNC system was not working properly, and I thought it needed an upgrade. I spoke with Heidi who explained it was something more serious than that. I brought the car in and the techs (sorry that I do not know their names) determined I needed a new computer module for Sync. It was obvious this would not be a rapid repair, the part had to be ordered from Dearborn twice, and needed software upgrades. Since it was not a quick fix, they provided me with a loaner car at no charge. Heidi called every day to let me know the status, so I always knew what was going on. I now have the care back, it works great, and I am satisfied. More
