Ok well it did not go good. Took 3 hours and 42 minutes for a tire rotation and an oil change. When I arrived at 1 pm, you said 1 - 1.5 hours. There was no communication with me during that time exce for a tire rotation and an oil change. When I arrived at 1 pm, you said 1 - 1.5 hours. There was no communication with me during that time except when I asked you at 3:15 "how much longer". Then it took another 1 hour and 22 minutes before I was done. You guys have to do a better job on advising your customers of how long. You had 4 people behind the desk.. how about more in the bays? More
