On 12/31/2020 Robert G found a 1/4/2021 8AM appointment available for recall items for my 2015 Ford F-150. Notices started June 2020 and parts never available when called for appointment. Running 10 minute available for recall items for my 2015 Ford F-150. Notices started June 2020 and parts never available when called for appointment. Running 10 minutes late 1/4 called 512-930-3673 7:16AM very curt man told me “no could not be taken after 8AM and would be months before another appointment”. Recalled, asked for Robert, my F150 was scheduled, come, some wait, recall would be completed. Robert was genuinely helpful to this customer, always smiling, cheerful while working through phone calls and helping all of his in place customers. Thank you Robert. Thank you to mechanic who did recall work. (Would be great for the 7:16AM rude man to get training on appropriate responses. Actually thought he was a high up manager not wanting to be bothered.)
