They treat me right every time I take my truck in for service. I highly recommend them. Called service dept for a broken wiper control! It did nif shut off- stayed intermittent, I even removed fuse! Jan was very helpful to dissect problem anc verified in stock before I bought it in! This past week I set up a scheduled routine vehicle maintenance, per The buying process is simple enough... Where you get got is on the service. This past week I set up a scheduled routine vehicle maintenance, per all the reminders that flooded my inbox from Mac Haik Georgetown. The appointment was set up 3 days prior for 10:45 am. The vehicle arrived at 10:30. The service desk staff informed the driver there was a 2 to 2.5 hour wait. This then changed to a possible 4 hours. The reason given was this was due to Spring Break. The vehicle was taken back to the service bay at 11:45 then returned to the parking area at 1:00. It was not until 1:30 that the keys were returned to the driver. The Quick Lane is not quick period. What is the point of making an appointment if a vehicle just ends up in the general queue. A note on customer service: I don't think it is appropriate for the customer service staff to be soliciting customers to give them a 5 Star review so "they can keep their job." Here is a novel idea, do a good job and you will receive 5 stars. The same day I received call from the sales staff informing me that Mac Haik was offering great deals on new trucks based on my trade in value on my current Ford product. I informed the person of the issues earlier in the day at the Quick Lane. I was told that the manager would be made aware of the issue. I am basing my review on this and previous interactions with the "Quick Lane" at Mac Haik Ford Georgetown Texas. P.S. There were no sales brochures to even see the options for a new vehicle More
