I always love the service at MH BUT!! The wait is awful..it took me 3+ hours to do a service procedure. This review is for the GEORGETOWN QUICKLANE FOLKS ONLY. They are professional, nice, reasonable and good communicators. I am sure they are NOT perfect. They give good recommendations, and seem to be honest and service oriented. I sat in the waiting room... and I listened to all of the interactions the advisors were having amongst themselves and with customers. I was impressed by how nice and customer oriented they were. Congratulations goes to the people that lead this team... and to the team itself. AS FAR AS THE WORK... EVEN THOUGH THE SERVICE ADVISOR ADDED A REMINDER IN THE INSTRUCTIONS, TO THE MECHANIC... TO RESET THE OIL LIFE THINGY... THE MECHANIC DIDNT DO IT.... FOR MY TRUCK... OR FOR A COUPLE OTHER TRUCKS THAT DAY... AS I HEARD PEOPLE ASKING ABOUT IT. THANKFULLY I LOOKED BEFORE I LEFT... The nice young lady came out and re-set it for me quickly. Good team! More

Sophie was very nice and easy to work with, quick and easy for scheduling the services I needed. Dropped off my truck and got an update call for recommended services, told them what I wanted completed wi easy for scheduling the services I needed. The issue was not resolved and from check-in, I knew it would not be. They stated that if they were unable to reproduce the error they would not be able to do anything. Arrived at Mac Haik on Saturday 3/27/2021 before they opened the gate (6:40 AM) to pull into the parking lot at 7am. Was 7th in line when I entered the Quick Lane to request an Oil Change and an Annual opened the gate (6:40 AM) to pull into the parking lot at 7am. Was 7th in line when I entered the Quick Lane to request an Oil Change and an Annual Inspection for Registration. Turned over the keys to my car at 7:12 am. At 9:05 AM I took a walk outside for a few minutes where I found my truck parked outside the shop doors running, with drivers window down and keys in the ignition. Asked about it at 9:30 AM, still running. They moved it to inspect it after 9:40 AM, 40+ minutes of idling. I walked out of the "Quick Lane" service center at 10:10 AM. Does it really take 3+ hours to do an Oil Change and Inspection. (funny, my sister in law was out of the Honda Dealership in 1.5 hours for same services). Ford could do better, I don't blame Shay in the Service Center but Shop Manager needs to step it up! More
