I have had two visits to the Quick Lane service department in the last month. The first was for a recall involving the master cylinder and the second was for what I thought was an electrical probl department in the last month. On both occasions my service representative was Mike Lawrence. Mike was very professional and up front on both of my visits. He had my repairs completed on schedule for each visit and he was prompt on keeping me advised. More
