Terrible service from the service advisor and the service manager...they do unauthorized work and then when there repairs cause other issues they don't take any responsibility....save yourself the headache a manager...they do unauthorized work and then when there repairs cause other issues they don't take any responsibility....save yourself the headache and take your vehicle elsewhere. And the service advisor that was working on my vehicle no longer works there imagine that. More

Took over a month to get in to get rattle fixed that has existed since purchasing truck in Dec. Was told I would be contacted later that day or possibly next. Was not contacted so I called on third day and existed since purchasing truck in Dec. Was told I would be contacted later that day or possibly next. Also, in the past at other dealerships when I received vehicle back it was cleaned up. Just not impressed. More

Our time with Mac Haik has been amazing. We have had several service fellows, but by far Trevor is the cats meow.
