The reason I gave the 'Quality of Work' only 3 stars is when I picked my truck up and drove home I had a really bad vibration - this truck is normally totally vibration free. I suspect the balancing of the tires after the tire rotation was not accomplished either totally or not accomplished correctly. I expect this to be corrected (I know you will). Please advise when this can be taken care of on your end. Your pick up, repair and delivered back to me is expected. I brought it to you and returned to the Service Center to pick it up when I received a call it was ready. No other service company has ever touched my truck other than Mac Haik Ford - this is the first time I have had any problems with your Service Center. Please advise how and when you can pick it up. Ive bought 6 vehicles from Mac Hail Ford and the service manager, said he didn't care if I bought 1 or 20 cars from them, he wasnt going to help get my car in took 3 months to get my vehicle in and took 3 manager, said he didn't care if I bought 1 or 20 cars from them, he wasnt going to help get my car in took 3 months to get my vehicle in and took 3 days for a 2 hour job. When I turned the radio on the voltage dropped, Then the car had no electric power. We jumped started the car. He put it in the shop and within an hour it was back out and running. It seems the battery, which was in the back of the vehicle had a bad connection.. This problem occurred over an eight month period randomly. No one could duplicate in the repair facility. He did a great job and should be rewarded for his efforts. This was a random event which left you “dead in the water” and required a service call each time it happened over the eight months. More
