Very disappointed in a car that’s literally trash and was purchased in October 2020! Never had so many manufacture issues in my entire life in dealing with a brand new car! Every other month it has to be tAs purchased in October 2020! Never had so many manufacture issues in my entire life in dealing with a brand new car! Every other month it has to be tAs soon as my lemon law finalizes this will be the first and last Ford in me or my kids lives. Worst car built that I’ve ever owned, Avoid these cars at all costs! Get a car you can drive a year without going in for repairs every other month. Couldn’t even enjoy the new experience, literally worse than a used car with 250k miles on it! More

Mac Haik Ford Lincoln Dealership has had my fond consideration for over 10 years. Then my brakes failed on my 2019 Nautilus lease vehicle and I needed help from a lot of Mac Haik people. I started consideration for over 10 years. Then my brakes failed on my 2019 Nautilus lease vehicle and I needed help from a lot of Mac Haik people. I started with customer service and they came through with a tow. Yeah! This was Saturday. On Monday I received a call from Service wondering why my vehicle was on their lot. So I gave them my explanation and was told they would check it out. Tuesday or Wednesday I got a call saying the situation with the brakes could not be duplicated and they could find nothing wrong. My reply was that I did not feel safe in that vehicle - to which Mr.Kahler replied "what do you want me to do?" I asked Mr. Kahler if he would let his wife drive this vehicle. He said, "what choice did I have?" It was obvious to me that I was to drive this vehicle home and hope for the best. I could NOT. Eventually in this conversation, I was referred to the Dealership side of Mac Haik. If it had not been for Rene Riojas, I would no longer have been a customer and fan of Mac Haik Ford Lincoln. Rene treated me with respect and consideration. He actually drove that car - enough to believe " something was not right." Renee introduced me to the finance guy - Skeeter. What a nice young man! Skeeter was professional and very helpful! Before I end this saga, I had a rental car for the week of this "car-down" and after trading - up for a 2021 Nautilus, Rene introduced me to Jorge. Jorge followed me back to Cedar Park to return my rental car and I brought him back to your dealership. Jorge, too, was very courteous and gracious. So, thanks to Rene, Skeeter, and Jorge I am back to being a fan of this dealership. Thank you for making the big effort in getting me back! More
Charlie was very nice after an unpleasant dealing with another associate. He was also nice at meeting. Charlie gets 5 stars. My car came back dirtier than before with grease marks on the interior I had to spend an hour to get out. I get it. No one wants to work and you are short staffed, But I bought a brand new car and my lift broke. It broke. Have better customer service staff when customers call with urgent issues. Don't tell them they can drop it off and you will get to it when you can meanwhile having no shuttle service or rentals and tell them to find their own. I mean should a 2021 car break in 2021? No. Should we treat customers bad? No. Should we wash a car? Yes! Should we get grease in the interior? No. Charilie gets the customer service award and maybe should train the other guy on some good old fashion customer service. More
