This is for service side. I Have the extended warranty and maintenance plan , brought new truck in for oils change and tire rotation . They never rotated tires but was told that they did. Had an Oil and Filter change and Tire Rotation. Service Rep at the counter was friendly at check-in. Told me it would be about 2 hours. I left the truck there. I made an appt. earlier. Arrived early. Car was taken on schedule. Was not pushed into buying anything that was not needed. Have been to this location numerous times.(at least four.) They handled the recall repair on my Ford Explorer the same day and got me out of there within a few hours.
