My service advisor, Shay, told me exactly how the process wo concerned about customer service. My last visit to the dealership was for an oil change. My service advisor, Shay, told me exactly how the process would work on the oil change, tire rotation and the multi-service inspection. During the inspection, the mechanic discovered that my rear brake pads were worn down lower than recommended. Shay called me and explained the situation, the cost involved and exactly what would be done to repair my car. I was very pleased with the work and highly recommend this dealership to any prospective buyer (new or used vehicle). The service is top notch. More
