Absolute clowns - PLEASE don't buy anything from them, or support them in any way. Absolutely unprofessional, unreliable, uncommunicative. Why the harsh review? How about a Lincoln dealer that refuses to service a Lincoln vehicle. Literally - as in they told me "we won't service your vehicle because you didn't buy it from us". However they were the ones who replaced the engine previously. Did I mention that the ENGINE on the $100k Lincoln Navigator had to be replaced? When it was less than a year old. Absolutely ridiculous. Lincoln is a joke. This dealership is an absolute cluster function. More

The dealership had my vehicle for 24 hours to complete two recalls. Neither recall was completed. No communication from the service department was ever made to me. It is the worst service experience I’ve Ever encountered in dealing with an automotive dealership.
