Mac Haik Their are a few things that i expect when it comes to customer service, especially when auto shopping. Carlos Bermudez is/was the greatest sales rep. He is attentive, knowledgeable, courteous, truthful and doesnt mind going the extra mile to show customers that he truly cares about them. The knowledge that he provided helped me to decide on not just a new truck but an investment and safety for my family. Thanks Carlos and Morgan for all your help. Fast and Easy I needed an affordable car for college so I browsed around certain dealers and came across Mac Haik Ford. I left class and went straight to the dealer I needed an affordable car for college so I browsed around certain dealers and came across Mac Haik Ford. I left class and went straight to the dealer to test drive the car I was interested in and in roughly an hour and a half I was given the keys to it and drove it home. It was too difficult to pass up on a deal like that. My experience with Jeff was quick and efficient, we talked about monthly payments and gave me enough wiggle room for a full time college student such as myself to pay. I would definitely recommend this dealer to close relatives and friends. More
