Mac Haik Ford was a great choice to buy my 2010 Ford Escape Limited. The staff was not only friendly and courteous..they were very knowledgable about the car models and took their time to explain every Escape Limited. I knew which vehicle I wanted before I ever visited Mak Haik. I contacted three dealers near by to get the best price. By far, the winner was Mak Haik. Great, so I decided to move forward. The purchase of this truck was the easiest I've ever done at any dealership - new or used - period. I negotiated the price by email. I filled out credit online. I secured financing and terms over the phone. I had tint, a bedliner, and an alarm installed before I had even seen the truck in person. In the end, I showed up only to sign paperwork, which we all know can sometimes be a hard sell for stuff like warranties, services, aftermarket parts, etc. The finance manager quickly explained what he had to offer and did not push, which I greatly appreciated. I was in and out with a brand new truck in 45 minutes, and that's including Tim explaining some of the features to me (he had an answer for every question I had - he knows his stuff). Overall, I'd say this is the only dealer that I have bought from that I could honestly recommend to friends and family - and this is my 19th vehicle. Excellent, low pressure dealership with a good price. I will be back. More

I enjoyed working with Cameron. He had the car ready when I arrived and had someone meet me at the airport. I only had two issues with the car. When I picked it up and headed back to Indpls., the tires were I arrived and had someone meet me at the airport. I only had two issues with the car. We had no intentions of buy a car the day my husband's path crossed with Tania's path. There was no pressure to buy but as Tania explained the features of the car we became more curious about it. We made an appt to come back four hours later to test drive and we were sold on the car. Tania was very accomodating with our schedule staying late that night to try and hammer out a deal, even offering to come to our house to finish up paperwork due to the fact it was difficult for me to get out of the house due to surgery. Tania worked with us to make sure we received all of the discounts we were entitled too and if she didn't have the answers to some of our finance related questions she called for someone to help us understand how the financing was going to work. We used the cash for clunkers program and she helped us make sure we had all of the correct paperwork in time to close the deal. Tania was very thorough in explaining all of the features of the vehicle and demonstrating how to work all of the buttons on the control panel, folding the seats, locating the spare tire and we lifted the hood so that I could see where everything was located. She explained the roadside assistance program and also went over the warranty information. I left the dealership with ALL QUESTIONS ANSWERED.
