Sales people have no desire to actually work for the custome This would of been my 3rd lease for a Ford Escape, however the sales person Anthony who I spoke to basically said after arriving there from my locatio This would of been my 3rd lease for a Ford Escape, however the sales person Anthony who I spoke to basically said after arriving there from my location in south Austin, (he had my VIN and knew what I wanted before hand)that there were no cars on the lot for 250 a month (which I paid for the last 2 leases), and didn't even price out any other vehicles for me.....a wasted trip. So in my parked car I called Sam Pac Ford of Lewisville, 3 hours away, they said they would get me in a new escape and drive it to Austin and drive back my old lease...THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE...So no I don't recommend Mac H as a good customer service dealership, probably the worst in the 18yrs I've been leasing cars. More
