not sure how to rate this experience I brought my truck in as a result of a recall notice. Everyone was nice to deal with, and the alteration required far less time than I was originally I brought my truck in as a result of a recall notice. Everyone was nice to deal with, and the alteration required far less time than I was originally quoted. When I returned for pick up, the truck was brought around for me, and I climbed in to be on my way with my four year old in tow. I noticed when climbing in, the seat had been moved all the way back, allowing access to something underneath the steering column I assumed for the repairs needed. The problem is, the power toggle on the side of the seat no longer functioned for moving forward. Every other direction the seat move but forward, forcing quite a stretch to drive the truck. I pulled over, went back and brought it to their attention. The technician's response was, "Well, we didn't break it!" He then asked if I wanted them to diagnose the issue and provide me a price to fix. Uh, no. I want the truck returned to me in the state it arrived. Now to be fair, I have no idea if this mechanical failure happened before I brought it in, or if it happened to fail coincidentally while it was there. What I do know, is that I had no problem having the seat position in a correct and safe position prior to arriving, and I no longer could do that after the work was done. So am I happy with the experience? Some of it exceeded expectations, but the "it's not our fault" crap left a bad taste in my mouth. Perhaps a "let's find a way to get it back in a safer position to drive now, and down the road, when you are ready to have that mechanical failure addressed, we will provide you a fair price to do so." More

Good but Engine light turned red once but opted to have it checked. It was checked immediately and sure enough, vehicle couldn’t be driven. However, it would take 2 weeks to repair (person and/or part not available). While they had it, I asked to do other fixes previously recommended.
