The difference between Toyota and Ford is night and day when it comes to service and attitude for their customers. my wife just purchase her third Toyota and it's unbelievable the satisfaction that we have with them. Arrived at 7:06 a.m. didn't leave till almost 8:45.My vehicle was done for almost 15 minutes(it was parked right out front the door) before the counter person called me up to pay and leave. When I checked in I felt like I was just a number. I never experienced this before from you guys very disappointed. More
