He helped me get a tow, communicated with me regularly and made sure all the issues were dealt with. There were multiple recalls on the car and all were taken care of. They did great! The only thing I would of liked is for the car to be washed and cleaned before getting it back. Otherwise, great experience. More

Landon was great! Had a weird issue with my 2017 Explorer. Called the dealership. Was told to bring it in to the Quick Lane by a not so warm and fuzzy gentleman. When I Had a weird issue with my 2017 Explorer. Called the dealership. Was told to bring it in to the Quick Lane by a not so warm and fuzzy gentleman. When I arrived, Landon helped me with the service ticket and got me a loaner. He was very sweet and helpful. Phoned me later that day and explained the problem in terms I could understand. They had the parts delivered, my vehicle repaired and ready to go the next afternoon. Landon truly made a bad day much better!! More
